Sea Eagle is an original award winning architectural home built in the late 1980’s, winning “House of the Year” in 1990.
This rustic beach house sleeps 12 and provides a relaxing, informal open plan design which is perfect for family friendly gatherings.
The use of natural wood and glass gives this home an organic feel, the light floods in and almost every room has a view to the Coral Sea.
The main house offers two levels with an abundance of space and privacy, upstairs dedicated to entertaining with open plan kitchen, dining,
lounge and fire place, floor to ceiling glass opening onto deck area with BBQ. Storeroom with the convenience of an extra fridge, separate toilet.
Downstairs has lounge/TV room with bean bags and futon, Bunkroom with 6 singles opening onto lower balcony, a double shower and separate
toilet service this room. The queen master bedroom with ensuite also opens onto the private balcony bringing in the ocean breezes and native outlook,
separate laundry. Please note the main house is not interconnecting.
Self contained queen bungalows are nestled amongst the gardens separate from the main house, one bungalow with spa bath – these can be rented
individually for a romantic getaway or together with the main house.
